How to get Demon King
Carry a Muzan Invitation into Endless. Destructoid says invitations drop at 1% every 5 waves in Endless; at wave 49 a prompt lets you use one, and you fight Demon King on wave 50 with a 20% chance to unlock him, plus 5% for each co-op teammate who also holds an invitation. One code also gives a Muzan Invitation at level 100. ProGameGuides says the exact requirements are still being checked.
Who should pick Demon King
Players who can reach wave 50 in Endless, ideally in a group where everyone brings an invitation to raise the unlock chance.
